Exelentis OÜ does not act as a supplier, retailer, distributor, agricultural operator, or intermediary in transactions between Vendors and customers.
The Platform does not provide agricultural, engineering, financial, legal, investment, or professional consulting services. Any educational information, articles, calculators, guides, or resources published on Hydro-Farms.com are provided for general informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as professional advice.
Hydro-Farms.com enables independent businesses (“Vendors”) to create profiles, present their activities, advertise products and services, communicate with potential customers, and purchase subscription packages or promotional services offered.
Each Vendor operates independently and remains solely responsible for its own products, services, business practices, legal obligations, customer relationships, and commercial activities. Exelentis OÜ is not a party to any agreement entered into between a Vendor and a customer and assumes no responsibility for the execution, fulfilment, quality, legality, availability, delivery, performance, or outcome of any transaction conducted between such parties.
3. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

4. Restricted Content and Prohibited Activities

5. Vendor Listings and Subscription Services
Businesses may subscribe to Vendor packages made available through Hydro-Farms.com. These subscription services provide businesses with digital visibility, directory placement, promotional opportunities, and other marketing-related features as described on the applicable subscription page.
Subscription fees paid to the Operator constitute payment for digital services provided by the Platform, including advertising, business promotion, directory visibility, and related online marketing services. Subscription payments do not represent payment for products, equipment, agricultural services, or any other goods or services offered by Vendors.
Each subscription package may include different features, visibility levels, promotional options, and account benefits. The Operator reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or discontinue subscription packages, pricing, features, or services at any time.
Any modifications will not affect subscription periods that have already been paid for, unless such changes are required by law or mutually agreed between the Operator and the subscriber.
While the Operator aims to provide effective digital exposure opportunities, it does not guarantee any specific commercial results from the use of subscription services. The Operator does not guarantee increased sales, customer enquiries, website traffic, search engine rankings, business growth, lead generation, or return on investment, as such results depend on numerous factors outside the control of the Company.
6. Accuracy of Listings and Vendor Responsibilities
Each Vendor using Hydro-Farms.com remains entirely responsible for its own business operations, products, services, and information published through the Platform.
Vendors must ensure that all information submitted to Hydro-Farms.com is accurate, current, complete, and lawful. Vendors are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their business profiles, product descriptions, pricing information, photographs, certifications, licences, availability information, delivery conditions, warranties, tax obligations, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
By submitting content to the Platform, Vendors confirm that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations required to publish such content.
Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and performance of their products and services, as well as all communications and transactions conducted with customers.
The Operator may review, edit, restrict, reject, suspend, or remove Vendor content where such content violates these Terms, applicable legislation, third-party rights, Platform standards, or may expose the Operator to legal, regulatory, or reputational risks.
7. Transactions Between Vendors and Customers
Any purchase, agreement, enquiry, negotiation, or commercial relationship established between a customer and a Vendor through or as a result of the Platform exists solely between those parties.
The Vendor remains exclusively responsible for all aspects of transactions with customers, including product availability, order processing, payment arrangements, shipping, delivery, installation, customer service, warranties, refunds, returns, complaints, and compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Operator is not the seller, manufacturer, importer, distributor, or supplier of products or services offered by Vendors.
The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy of Vendor information, the availability of products, the completion of transactions, or the satisfaction of customers. The Company shall not be responsible for disputes, losses, damages, claims, or disagreements arising between Vendors and customers.
Where appropriate, the Operator may facilitate communication between parties in order to improve user experience; however, such assistance does not make the Operator a participant in any contractual relationship or create any obligation to resolve disputes between independent parties.
8. Payments and Subscription Services
Payments for subscription packages, featured listings, advertising placements, sponsored content, promotional campaigns, and other digital services provided through Hydro-Farms.com are collected directly by Exelentis OÜ.
Subscription services may be offered on a recurring monthly basis or under other payment arrangements specified at the time of purchase. By subscribing to a recurring service, the customer authorizes the Operator or its approved payment provider to process future payments according to the selected subscription plan until the subscription is cancelled.
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time according to the cancellation procedure made available through the Platform. 15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, claim, expense, or liability arising from or related to the use of Hydro-Farms.com, the inability to access the Platform, or any content, product, service, transaction, or information made available through the Platform.
In particular, the Operator shall not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from Vendor activities, including inaccurate business information, incorrect listings, defective products, poor service quality, delayed deliveries, failed transactions, misleading advertising, intellectual property disputes, regulatory non-compliance, or disagreements between Vendors and customers.
The Company does not guarantee that the Platform will operate continuously, without interruption, or free from errors, technical failures, security vulnerabilities, or temporary unavailability. While the Operator takes reasonable measures to maintain the Platform, it cannot guarantee that the website, services, or content will always be available or free from technical issues.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of revenue, loss of reputation, business interruption, loss of data, or any similar damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Where an account, subscription, or Vendor profile is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms, the affected user or Vendor remains responsible for any outstanding payments or obligations incurred before termination.
